Scope

This policy applies to uxprd.com. The site owner and data controller is Valerii, a Product Designer based in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Questions may be sent to info@uxprd.com.

A cookie is a small file a browser may store on a device. Local storage is a separate browser storage mechanism. Both can remember settings, but local storage is not automatically sent to the server with every request.

What the site uses

The site uses local storage for interface settings and to remember the analytics choice. If a visitor selects “Allow”, analytics cookies and similar technologies may collect visit statistics, viewed pages, interactions, and technical device data.

This data helps understand site use, identify problems, and improve content and the interface. Advertising pixels, profiling, and cross-site tracking are not used. Before a specific service is activated, this policy will name the provider, retention period, and identifiers it uses.

Local storage

Remembers the choice between essential technologies and permitted analytics. It remains until site data is cleared or the notice version changes.

May remember the selected appearance when a theme control is available. It remains until the setting changes or site data is cleared.

Both values belong to uxprd.com, work only in the current browser, and support interface functions. Their duration depends on browser settings and deletion of site data.

Notice and consent

“Allow” enables optional analytics. “Essential only” keeps only the technologies needed for interface operation and saved settings.

Analytics does not load before “Allow” is selected. Refusal is offered at the same level as consent. To change the choice, delete uxprd.com site data in the browser settings; the notice will then appear again.

Managing storage

You can delete the values in your browser settings under site data for uxprd.com. Blocking local storage does not prevent access to the pages, but an appearance choice may not be remembered and the notice may appear again.

The exact path depends on the browser and device. The relevant controls are usually under Privacy, Site data, or Cookies and site data.

External services

Links to Telegram, LinkedIn, Calendly, Figma, company sites, and other resources open only after a user action. Once visited, an external provider may use its own cookies and similar technologies under its own notice. uxprd.com does not control that storage.

Changes and contact

This policy is updated when site technologies change. A new effective date will appear at the top of the page. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
