Controller and scope

The controller and site owner is Valerii, a Product Designer based in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. For privacy questions, email info@uxprd.com.

This notice covers visits to uxprd.com and messages you choose to send to the site owner by email or through an external service. The site does not offer registration, payment, comments, or file uploads.

Data that may be processed

Technical data
IP address, request date and time, URL, referrer, browser and device type, and server response code may appear in hosting logs.
Correspondence
Name or alias, contact details, message text, attachments, and other information you choose to provide.
Call scheduling
Date, time, time zone, and details entered on Calendly or another service you select.
Data not requested
The site does not intentionally request payment data, passwords, visitor accounts, or special-category data.

Please do not send health, identity document, financial, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for a specific request and agreed in advance.

Data subjects are site visitors and people who contact the owner about work, a project, or cooperation. Data comes from the visitor, their browser or device, the site server, or an external service they choose.

Processing may include receiving, recording, organising, storing, updating, retrieving, using, making data available to a technical processor, restricting, deleting, and destroying data. Automated and non-automated methods may be used.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Site delivery and protection: serving pages, diagnosing errors, preventing abuse, and maintaining security. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable site.
  • Responding to enquiries: discussing a project, cooperation, or an employment opportunity. The basis is your request, pre-contract steps, and the legitimate interest in business correspondence.
  • Legal duties and claims: retaining necessary correspondence and answering lawful authority requests. The basis is applicable law and the legitimate interest in establishing or defending claims.
  • Consent: used only where specifically required. It can be withdrawn for the future by email.

The site does not use profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention

Technical logs are kept only for as long as needed to operate and protect the site, taking account of hosting settings and mandatory legal requirements. Business correspondence is normally kept until the matter is complete and for no more than three years after the last substantive contact, unless a contract, dispute, or law requires a different period.

Data is deleted or anonymised when the purpose ends. External services retain data under their own rules and the settings you choose.

Recipients and other countries

Hosting, email, and technical service providers may access data only to the extent needed to provide their services. Personal data is not sold or shared with advertising networks.

The site owner is based in Serbia, so a message from another country will be processed in Serbia. When you follow a link to Telegram, LinkedIn, Calendly, Figma, or another site, that provider processes data under its own notice. The external page loads only after your click.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority or the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Email info@uxprd.com with the subject “Personal data request”. A response will be provided within the period required by applicable law. Reasonable identity verification may be requested to protect your data.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses local storage: uxprod-theme for the selected appearance and uxprod-cookie-notice to remember the analytics choice. If a visitor allows analytics, the site may process visit statistics, viewed pages, interactions, and technical device data to improve content and usability.

Optional analytics does not load before the visitor gives permission. On the first visit, the browser language is read to select a language version without storing an identifier. External services may use their own cookies after you visit them. Details are provided in the Cookie Policy.

Security and changes

Access is limited, and the site uses a secure connection, software updates, and reasonable organisational safeguards. No internet transmission method can eliminate all risk.

The current version is always published here. The revision date will change if purposes, data categories, or technologies materially change. The English and Serbian versions are intended to have the same meaning; Russian is the editorial source without limiting mandatory rights under local law.
